folkgeneric.com processes every order no later than 24 hours after they have been placed. On holidays and weekends, orders are shipped by the next regular business day. Once our shipping department ships your order, you will receive an email indicating that your order is on its way. It is our guarantee that you will get your order within the indicated time. If something does go wrong, and your package does not arrive on time, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can rectify any errors that we may have made. If the error is a result of our actions, we will take care of any problems, free of charge. For more details on this, please read our refund policy.

Methods

We can only ship orders to physical addresses and cannot ship to post office boxes. Our offer of free shipping may be revoked or changed without notice. Any orders valued at less than $250 are shipped via EMS express or registered post. Any shipment exceeding $250 will be shipped via EMS at no cost. Customers are responsible for errors resulting from mis-keyed or otherwise inaccurately entered addresses. Be sure to double check the shipping address, if found any error then let us know as soon as possible. We do not ship without receiving a final verification from our customers. Every customer receives an email verifying the shipment of their order. Be sure to save your shipment verification email in case of any problems. It contains important information that we will use to rectify the problem.

All of our packages are given a tracking number assigned to the package by the shipping company, which further helps in the order tracking.

Anything that you order from us will be delivered discreetly. Only you will know the inside contents of the package and no one can judge, what is inside the parcel.
